Thea Cameron-Faulkner

Thea Cameron-Faulkner is currently a Professor of Language and Social interaction in the department of Linguistics at the University of Manchester, UK. She studied Linguistics as a postgraduate at the University of Canterbury (New Zealand) and conducted her PhD in School of Psychological Sciences at the University of Manchester/ Max Planck Institute, Leipzig. Her research focuses on the development of human communication and language. Thea Cameron-Faulkner is interested in the ways in which communication and language interact with social, cultural, and environmental factors.
